Whenever a member posts a review, abillion credits them $1 that they can then donate to any one of over 64 impactful partner causes or charities through our app.
The Growth team is on the look out for a Marketing Assitant intern with a knack for community building. If you’re someone who is passionate about sustainability and wants to cultivate a global mindset towards marketing – we’d love to hear from you!
Working closely with the Business and Growth teams, you’ll support stakeholder-facing communications across our marketing channels. This includes a dynamic part in our influencer outreach campaigns and providing customer service to abillion’s global ambassadors and members. You should be a confident communicator – diplomatic, warm, and positive in nature. You should be someone who enjoys connecting with people, and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Influencer marketing: You’ll support influencer lead generation, work with the Growth team during the growth, onboarding, and engagement process of the abillion ambassador program
- Generate Customer Service success by attending to queries from the community
- Support monthly marketing campaign operations
Qualifications
- Penultimate year student – no specific discipline needed, but a demonstrated passion for customer service and community building is a must
- Familiarity with social media platforms: Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest
- Familiarity with the sustainability and/or vegan space
- Able to commit full-time for a minimum of 4 months
Bonus
- Experience with community outreach
- Previous experience in Influencer Marketing
- Previous experience in online customer service
