Programme Overview:

We run internship programmes every year that's structured around respective host teams assigning special projects to our dedicated pool of interns. These projects are tailored to enhance the academic, career and personal development of our student interns.

To ensure mutual success, our dedicated interns will be assigned with a buddy and a mentor to guide them throughout their work experience with us.

We value our internship programmes as a training partnership between our student interns and employees. While our student interns are able to gain first-hand industry experience, our employees are given the opportunity to develop their skills into people management.

Job Description

We are currently looking for smart, motivated individuals that can take initiative, handle multiple projects and add value as a member of the growing team at 25 Holdings. 

As a People Operations intern, you will be responsible for creating a friendly environment workplace. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that all goals are met. 

What You’ll Need 

  • Work close with the People Operations and leadership team to build a talent pipeline to facilitate their team culture and business objectives

  • Perform competitive research, industry benchmarking and best practices that will set the company apart from the rest 

  • Analyse different business units to propose and review compensation and benefits schemes

  • Identify business grant opportunities in building manpower capabilities within the Southeast Asian countries 

  • Drive employer branding by monitoring social media channels and creating content 

  • Constantly review and implement company policies, programmes and practices that foster growth, innovation, and organisational effectiveness across the region 

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and events to improve and build a strong company culture

  • Provide support in administrative functions to help increase employee productivity across the organization 

What You’ll Need 

  • Current enrollment in an Accredited College or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint.

  • Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies in HRMS. 

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently.

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
