Job Description
The Role
Admin Interns are generally responsible for assisting in Business Administrative Matters.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Business Administrative tasks, including HR (onboarding, potential hires, listing) and Finance matters (Invoices, AR, AP)
- Assisting the Manager in the strategic planning of an organisation.
- Inventory Management, and Clerical Tasks (data entry).
- Scheduling and planning team activities and events, PR gifting to clients.
- Managing of social media platforms enquiries/comments
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent communicating skills in both oral and writing
- Meticulous and able to think of solutions to problems
- Self-starter who is not afraid of challenges takes initiatives and good interpersonal interaction and professionalism
- Strong with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint / Google Drive
- Immediate Start is preferred
